By purchasing any item or commissioning art works from Emily Morgan Fine Art, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Timescales

Emily Morgan Fine Art works on a first come, first serve basis. Commissioned portraits are booked up in advance, if you have a specific date in mind please let me know and I will try to accommodate your request. Emily Morgan Fine Art will provide an estimation for completion at the time of booking. Progress updates will be given and a more detail completion date will be provided closer to the time.

Prices

Commission prices are as per the current list on my 'Commissions' page. Please note if additional items such as collars, bridle headgear or other apparel are requested in the portrait, there may be a an additional cost for this. This will always be discussed upon booking.

Deposits

To secure a booking slot for a commissioned piece, I require a non-refundable 25% deposit. This will be payable upon booking and will be taken off the cost of the portrait. Deposits can be paid via PayPal or Bank Transfer. 

 

Payments

25% Deposits are required upon booking. Once the portrait is completed, the Client will be asked to proof the final portrait. Once the portrait is  approved, the remaining balance will be payable. Artwork will need to be paid for in full before being dispatched. Payments can be made by either PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Exchange rates

Any currency conversion given will be an estimation for information only. Emily Morgan Fine Art can not be responsible for any currency rate charges. When Deposit or Balance payments are required, the Exchange rates will be calculated by PayPal at the time of payment.

Cancellation

For a Client to secure a commission slot, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required via PayPal or Bank Transfer. If for any reason the Client chooses to cancel the commissioned portrait once the Portrait has been started, this deposit will be retained by Emily Morgan Fine Art. If the Portrait has not yet been started, if sufficient notice has been given, I will consider refunding the deposit. This will always be at my discretion.

Commission Refunds 

When completing your commission, I will consult you throughout and provide regular progress updates. Upon completion of the portrait, I will provide a high quality photograph draft as a proof. Only when you are 100% happy with this proof will the balance be payable. Once the balance is paid in full, your commission will be posted. If the portrait is not approved, the art work will be retained by Emily Morgan Fine Art and no further payments will be requested. 

 

Due to the nature of commissioned artwork, I do not offer refunds. However, If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Online Shop Refunds

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a full refund policy for all art prints from the online shop. Unsuitable or defective items may be returned for refund or exchanged, provided they are received within 14 days of the original delivery date in brand new, unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging.

 

All items sent back for refund, must be accompanied with a note stating your name, address, email, contact telephone number and full reason for the return. Please also state whether you require a refund or exchange/replacement. The final decision regarding the refund is at my discretion.

All items to be returned will require proof of posting to avoid items getting lost in transit. Neither refunds or replacements will be made until such proof is provided. It is strongly recommended that you obtain a ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office or a receipt from your courier when returning an item.

Commission Posting and Packaging P&P

All artworks will be carefully packaged to ensure a secure delivery. Artworks are signed, mounted and will all come with a certificate of authenticity and a care guide.

UK Deliveries only - Deliveries will be sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a fully insured, tracked and guaranteed service.

VAT, Import Tax and Duties 

When purchasing from Emily Morgan Fine Art, if a delivery incurs import tax, VAT or any other duties, the Client is solely responsible for covering all costs. Emily Morgan Fine Art is not responsible for any additional charges that may occur.

Copyright

Emily Morgan Fine Art retains full copyright on all art work produced. No permission is given by Emily Morgan Fine Art in respect of the reproduction of any images or materials created.

If you would like to use an image please contact the Artist. 

I reserve the right to display commissioned pieces on my website and social media platforms. Clients who do not wish for their commission to be shown must make this known upon booking. All rights reserved.
